Organizational Model D.Lgs. 231/01
Gilardoni S.p.A. a Socio Unico in 2018 adopted the “Model of Organization, Management and Control” aimed at preventing the commission of certain crimes, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
To this day, Gilardoni continues to maintain this model and control with the support of the Collegial Supervisory Body, which supervises and strengthens the adoption of the Model itself.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, the entire Model is based mainly on the “Ethical Code” of Gilardoni, the document that defines the fundamental ethical principles, rules of conduct and responsibilities that the Company recognizes, respects, and assumes as values to which all Recipients are bound (directors, auditors, managers, employees, collaborators, professionals, suppliers and all stakeholders involved).
Gilardoni S.p.A. a Socio Unico, sensitive to the need to ensure fairness and transparency in the performance of its business activities, in order to protect its image and the work of its employees, intends to give rigorous and constant application to its “Code of Ethics” and “Model of Organization, Management and Control” pursuing the principles of corporate sustainability, improvement and continuous adaptation according to the updates of processes and corporate regulations.
