Organizational Model D.Lgs. 231/01 e Ethical code

Gilardoni Spa a Socio Unico, with resolution of the Board of Directors of 26/03/2018, adopted, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, its own “Organization, Management and Control Model” aimed at preventing the commission of certain offences, indicated by the legislation itself, such as, by way of example, the crimes against the Public Administration, the corporate crimes envisaged by the civil code, culpable homicide crimes and serious or very serious culpable injuries, committed in violation of accident prevention regulations and on the protection of hygiene and health at work, environmental crimes and computer crimes.
The same resolution was also established, pursuant to the art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Supervisory Body in collegial form, in order to supervise and strengthen the adoption of the Model itself.
In accordance with the Model, Gilardoni Spa a Socio Unico, has adopted also the corporate “Ethical Code” or the document that defines the fundamental ethical principles, the behavioral rules as well as the responsibilities that the Company recognizes, respects and assumes as values ​​with which all the Recipients of the same are required (directors, auditors, top management, employees, collaborators, appointed professionals and suppliers) .Gilardoni, sensitive to the need to ensure conditions of fairness and transparency in the conduct of its business activities, to protect its image and the work of its employees, intends to give rigorous and constant application of its Code of Ethics and the Organization, Management and Control Model adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
