From October 23 to 25 2019, the 18th National Conference of the Italian Association of Non-Destructive Trials will be held in Milan. The conference takes place every two years since 1979 and Gilardoni attended all previous editions.
This year the AIPnD turns 40 and Gilardoni, a member of the Association since its inception, wants to take the opportunity to reaffirm its active presence within the organization and its continuous activity in the field of Non-Destructive Trials.
On the occasion of the event, one of the most important for the Non-Destructive Trials sector, GILARDONI S.p.A will present the new Phased Array RDG 5000 digital flaw detector for the Portable Ultrasonic Instruments category.
One of the features that immediately characterizes the new RDG5000 is the large “multi-touch” touch screen display. The system was designed to be strongly “User-Friendly” and there are several automatic “self-test” functions, both for the probes and for the tool.
The unique feature of RDG5000 is the generation of AVG curves starting from real measured signals, which makes the same curves highly reliable. The tool is based on S.O. WINDOWS 10 accessible: this allows the instrument to be used like a normal computer, with all its potential. For example, you can take advantage of the secondary digital video output for connection to external displays or video projectors, or even connect to the network via a Wi-Fi interface (optional).
Gilardoni will be present at stand number 31, for the entire duration of the congress, to present the numerous applications of ultrasound for detecting defects in different types of products during the various stages of the productive process. The Gilardoni ultrasonic digital flaw detectors have always been characterized by cutting-edge performance and high reliability.
