The first edition of “Not Just English”, a welfare initiative dedicated to employees’ children, has concluded with great success. The project aimed to make English learning more accessible, inclusive, and interconnected.
Designed for children aged 7 to 11, “Not Just English” is much more than a language course: it is an educational program that equitably involved several companies across the country, providing all families with the same opportunities, regardless of their workplace location.
Welfare that unites learning and inclusion
The project stems from the desire to innovate corporate welfare practices by offering a fully funded educational path, sponsored by Gilardoni, for employees’ children. The company chose to completely support the initiative, driven by the belief that people’s well-being also depends on the education and growth of the younger generations.
Active and aware participation
Throughout the 10-lesson program, the students’ enthusiasm was evident: high attendance, punctuality, and active engagement with weekly assignments. Families also showed great cooperation and respect for deadlines, with some parents sending very positive feedback to the organizers, praising the quality of the course.
“It was an excellent job—if not outstanding—a tangible example of how corporate welfare can thoughtfully and innovatively embrace the educational field.”
A heartfelt thank you goes to everyone who took part in this first edition. The success of “Not Just English” would not have been possible without their contribution and shared vision.
